Katrina’s training in healing arts includes over 800 formal hours as a certified Yoga instructor and she continues to lead multiple yoga classes weekly in Dallas. Katrina blends a mind-body approach with positive philosophy and non-invasive laser therapy to help people transform their lives and become pain free.
